Maintain active licensure, current board certification, and CPR/BLS certification to support independent family practice experience in routine wellness and urgent visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active license
- Current ANCC or AANP board certification
- Current NCCPA board certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Independent practice provider status (where applicable per State regulation)
- Federal DEA number (may be required for full prescribing ability)
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit
