Job Summary
Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for One Medical in San Francisco (Cow Hollow) managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; conducts in-office and testing-center visits, with occasional tele-health; participates in weekly clinical rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams; opportunities to perform in-office procedures and to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
- 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), plus either 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year urgent care experience seeing patients of all ages (0+)
