Job Summary
Conduct primary care consultations, follow-ups, and physical exams for over half a million patients across the five boroughs and Long Island. Utilize Epic EMR while supported by a full office staff and advanced practice provider. Maintain unrestricted New York licensure, BC/BE certification, active DEA registration, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment eligibility. Full-time schedule of 40 hours with no call rotation. Apply immediately for a full compensation package ranging from $120 to $145K.
