Job Summary
Conduct primary care consultations, follow-ups, and physical exams for patients across the 5 boroughs and Long Island using Epic EMR. Manage a caseload supported by full office staff and an APP within an outpatient structure that includes no call. Requires an unrestricted NY license, BC/BE certification, active DEA registration, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment eligibility. Full-time 40-hour schedule with compensation between 120-145K and a full benefits package. Apply immediately for contact within 24 hours.
