Job Summary
Diagnose and treat patients across all ages for urgent care, primary medical, and telemedicine services, including minor procedures, suturing, splinting, orthopedic evaluations, dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, and occupational medicine. Lead a small team of medical assistants while managing high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced rural environment. Review x-rays for over-read by radiologists and apply full scope of practice to handle diverse clinical needs from newborns to geriatric patients.
Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
