Job Summary
Lead a clinic-based Family Nurse Practitioner in urgent care, providing full-scope care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating URIs, minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign objects), suturing, splinting, general orthopedic evaluations, radiology review, dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, emergency management, GYN, pediatric care, and occupational medicine; offer telemedicine and flexible schedule in a high-volume urgent care setting; supervise a small team of medical assistants and mentor clinicians; new graduates welcomed after onboarding and training; DOT certification supported; open 7 days a week with rotating shifts; compensation includes benefits and CME allowances; committed to rural communities and ongoing professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
- MSN, or higher education required
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified (we cover the cost)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
