Job Summary
Conduct patient-focused care across urgent care, primary medical, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services in Charlotte, Cameron, Winston-Salem, Liberty, and Locust clinics. Perform minor surgeries, suturing, splinting, orthopedic evaluations, dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, and general GYN expertise. Manage emergency situations and treat children of all ages while reviewing x-rays for radiologist over-read. Provide leadership in a high-volume environment with shifts scheduled two months in advance, Monday through Sunday hours, and work subject to change based on company needs.
Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- Must be able to work across multiple clinics in the Central/East Georgia Region
- Must be available for shifts Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Must be available for shifts Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Must be available for shifts Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Must be able to perform minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Must be able to perform suturing
- Must be able to perform splinting
- Must be able to perform general orthopedic evaluations/management
- Must be able to review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist)
- Must be able to perform general dermatology
- Must be able to perform general eye problems
- Must be able to perform general EKG interpretations
- Must have emergency management skills
- Must have general GYN expertise
- Must be able to treat children of all ages
- Must be able to perform occupational medicine
- Must be able to perform telemedicine
- Must be able to provide leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment
- Must be flexible working with teams in different clinics
- Must be able to travel to Charlotte, Cameron, Winston-Salem, Liberty and Locust (Anywhere within 90 miles of your home address)
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
