Job Summary
Diagnose and treat patients across all ages, managing upper respiratory issues, minor procedures, suturing, splinting, orthopedic evaluations, and occupational medicine. Provide comprehensive care including general dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, and telemedicine services. Review x-rays for over-read by radiologists and handle emergency management and general GYN expertise. Lead a small team of medical assistants while utilizing your full scope of practice in a high-volume urgent care environment. Schedule includes rotating shifts covering Monday through Sunday, with extended hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. weekends. Requires Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and MSN or higher education.
Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
