Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support multiple clinics in Fitzgerald, GA area. Responsibilities include minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal), suturing, splinting, general orthopedic evaluations/management, radiology review, dermatology and eye problem care, EKG interpretation, emergency management, GYN, pediatric care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine across MainStreet and KidsStreet clinics. Shifts scheduled two months in advance with clinic hours across Mon–Sun; role involves flexible teamwork across different clinics and potential float duties. Qualifications require FNP board certification and MSN or higher; strong communication and EMR/MS Office proficiency are preferred. Compensation described as competitive hourly pay with bonuses, plus benefits including malpractice insurance, CME allowance, mileage pay, training, 401k eligibility after 90 days, and other standard benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
- MSN, or higher education required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
