Job Summary
Conduct patient-focused care across urgent care, primary medical, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services. Perform minor surgeries, suturing, splinting, and orthopedic evaluations while managing general dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, and GYN expertise. Provide emergency management and treat children of all ages. Review x-rays for radiologist over-read. Deliver telemedicine and occupational medicine services. Work flexible shifts spanning Monday through Sunday in a high-volume environment. Requires Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and MSN.
Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- Must be available for shifts determined two months in advance
- Must work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Must work Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Must be able to perform minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Must be able to perform suturing
- Must be able to perform splinting
- Must be able to perform general orthopedic evaluations/management
- Must be able to review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist)
- Must be able to perform general dermatology
- Must be able to perform general eye problems
- Must be able to perform general EKG interpretations
- Must have emergency management skills
- Must have general GYN expertise
- Must be able to treat children of all ages
- Must be able to provide occupational medicine
- Must be able to provide telemedicine
- Must be able to provide leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment
- Must be flexible working with teams in different clinics
- Must be fast, fun, and friendly
- Must be patient-focused
- Must be able to help patients feel better FAST
- Must be able to work across multiple clinics in the Southeast Georgia Region

Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
