Job Summary
PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple Wake Forest clinics, providing urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine. Responsibilities include minor procedures such as toenail removals and foreign body removals, suturing and splinting, general orthopedic evaluations, x-ray review with radiologist over-read, EKG interpretation, general dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care, and treating patients of all ages. Emergency management in a fast-paced setting. Schedule involves shifts determined approximately two months in advance; clinic hours vary by location. Qualifications include Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and MSN or higher; strong communication skills; EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
