Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Arab, AL, full-time. Lead a small clinical team in a high-volume urgent care setting, providing care across ages with a full scope of practice, including urgent care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, performing minor procedures (nail removal, foreign object removal), suturing, splinting, orthopedics, radiograph review, dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, emergency management, GYN, pediatric care, and occupational medicine. Emphasis on leadership of medical assistants, growth within urgent care, and support for rural communities with grant-based tuition/loan reimbursement options. Required Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- MSN, or higher education
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain DOT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office
