Job Summary
Statewide Float Provider role for a Family Nurse Practitioner to travel across Georgia clinics, providing urgent and primary care. Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnoses, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining electronic medical records. New graduates welcome; training and mentorship provided. Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted FNP licensure in Georgia (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certification as an FNP
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently
