Utilize free resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD to support autonomous practice focused on acute and chronic conditions. Manage appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes with a strong emphasis on wellness and fewer administrative tasks. This role operates under a value-based model where success is measured by health outcomes rather than patient volume or billing. Requires an active license, current ANCC or AANP board certification, and CPR/BLS certification.
