Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Indiana with a focus on women's health. Role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-day work week, no nights or weekends, and an average of 20 patients per day in a clinic setting. Candidates should be board-certified FNP or APRN with an Indiana license and relevant experience in primary/behavioral health, and be comfortable delivering care to diverse, underserved populations.
