Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join Geisinger Behavioral Health Center in Moosic, PA. Provide comprehensive medical assessments, medication management, and daily patient rounding for adults and adolescents (age 14+). Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, develop and implement treatment plans with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, and case managers, document in Epic, participate in treatment team meetings, coordinate care transitions, and support families and community providers. Rotating schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off. Benefits include relocation assistance, onsite resources, professional development, and CME opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of completion from an approved NP program or eligible for national NP certification
- Eligible for PA NP licensure
- Master's Degree-Nurse Practitioner (Required)
- Basic Life Support Certification
- RN Pennsylvania license
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
