Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan in an outpatient setting, including physical exams, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions. Order and interpret laboratory tests, prescribe medications, and develop evidence-based treatment plans while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Deliver patient education focused on prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modification, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs. Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington State required with Board Certification preferred. Full-time role with open compensation discussion and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington State or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active/Eligible DEA registration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based setting
