Family Nurse Practitioner | Full-Time or Part-Time

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure high-quality care, and educate patients on preventive measures, treatments, and follow-up. This permanent role serves the Yonkers, New Rochelle, and White Plains areas within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
