Job Summary
Conduct primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and DOT physicals for patients of all ages, including laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess drainage. Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups while overseeing on-site laboratory, x-rays, and collections. Provide leadership during emergencies and guide medical staff to ensure quality professional services. Maintain clinical core competency and establish appropriate care levels for clinic patients.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license as an APRN
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Board Certification
- Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire
- Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Current BLS certification
- Every-other weekend
- 12-hour weekday shifts
- 36-40 hour/week schedule
- Rotating schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is preferred
