Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and family patients through in-home visits, employer-site clinics, and telehealth. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions while performing preventive health assessments and wellness visits. Develop treatment plans, educate patients, and document encounters using the Elation EMR system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in rotating weekend call coverage. This flexible part-time role offers 25–30 hours per week between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Sun-Sat, with a base pay of $70–$75 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Washington State license
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 5 years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Participate in rotating weekend call coverage
