Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and family patients through in-home visits, employer-site clinics, and telehealth. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive health assessments, and develop treatment plans while educating patients. Document encounters using the Elation EMR and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Participate in rotating weekend call coverage. Board Certified FNP or PA-C with a minimum of five years in primary care or urgent care. Flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Sun-Sat, with $70–$75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Washington State license
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 5 years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Participate in rotating weekend call coverage
