Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Associate (PA) (40 hours Weekly with Benefits and PTO) New Port Richey, FL

Provide relationship-based primary care at Marathon Health, offering prevention, chronic disease management, and health education to patients. Practice autonomously with strong support resources (UpToDate and RubiconMD), in a value-based care model with a focus on quality outcomes. Expect appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, and participate in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for ongoing learning through regular provider meetings. Specific qualifications include an active NP (or PA) license with board certification, CPR/BLS, and, for full prescribing ability, a federal DEA number; independent practice experience in family medicine is preferred. This is a 40-hour-per-week role with benefits and PTO.
