Job Summary
Provide high-quality medical care to patients of Greater Family Health Center in accordance with Specialty Certification and organizational policies. Deliver age-appropriate care while maintaining efficiency and full compliance with federal, state, and corporate directives. Lead, supervise, and train supportive staff including NAs, MAs, LPNs, RNs, PAs, and NPs across multiple Chicagoland sites. Report to scheduled work sites and shifts on time, engaging fully in all assigned responsibilities and training opportunities. Implement feedback from supervisory personnel and adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in medical arena
- Current Illinois State Licensure
- DEA Certificate
- Ability to successfully complete credentialing, and thereby receive complete and full privileges, with Greater Family Health
- Report to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities
- location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor
