Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Flex Care – Full-Time | Open to new graduates

Manage outpatient primary care across multiple clinic locations by conducting same-day in-person and telehealth visits, converting patient portal messages into appointments, and performing Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits. Support the team with coverage when primary providers are out of office, lead "team visits" for new patients, and serve as "Provider of the Day" for urgent or walk-in concerns while assisting with inbox management. This full-time role offers five 8-hour days per week from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Renton, Washington, with an annual salary of $130,000–$145,000.
