Job Summary

Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and maintaining accurate, timely patient charts. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions. Consult patients through virtual channels, implement clinical protocols, and complete mandatory compliance training and monthly supervising physician meetings. Welcome new employees, provide job shadowing and coaching, and maintain friendly relations with all clients and staff. Work flexible schedules including 12-hour shifts every other weekend or a minimum of four shifts per month for PRN staff, with periodic on-call requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • Active Nurse Practitioner License
  • Active DEA registration
  • DOT certification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner
  • Ability to treat all ages
  • Ability to comply with Federal and State regulations
  • Working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA

  • Ability to obtain DOT certification within 120 days of employment
  • Ability to maintain DOT certification during employment
  • Ability to obtain DEA within 120 days of provider meeting minimum years of practice under state law
  • Ability to maintain active License and DEA in good standing
  • Ability to be verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
