Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner role providing care in clinic and telehealth settings at Fast Pace Health. Lead clinic staff, respond to patient histories, symptoms, and medications; develop diagnoses; deliver patient care with focus on safety, cost, and quality; implement telehealth protocols and HIPAA-compliant practices; maintain patient charts and coordinate with clinical leadership; participate in mandatory meetings and compliance training; required to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment with both in-clinic and telehealth responsibilities; additional duties include on-call periods and adherence to evolving clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- License: Active Family Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA license active and verifiable
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days of employment
- Credentialing requirements met as per state regulations
- Ability to treat all ages
- Experience preferred: 1-2 years in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice preferred
- Compliance training completion
- HIPAA knowledge and compliance
- Ability to conduct telehealth and in-clinic care
- Ability to lead clinic staff and ensure quality patient care
- BLS/ACLS? (implied by clinical practice standards)
