Family Nurse Practitioner

Deliver primary care for patients from newborns to seniors by collaborating with nursing staff and physicians on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments. Manage chronic conditions and provide personalized patient education to enhance clinical quality and expanded services. Work flexible schedules of four or five days per week with minimal Saturday hours. This role supports DMC Primary Care's physician-owned, independent practice model across multiple New Hampshire locations.
