Family Nurse Practitioner

Deliver primary care for patients from newborns to seniors by collaborating with nursing staff and physicians on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments. Manage expanded services for chronic conditions and provide personalized patient education while maintaining high clinical quality. Work flexible schedules of three or four days per week with minimal Saturday hours. Requires a State of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license and three years of outpatient primary care experience.
