Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health MinuteClinic in Cedar Grove, NJ (Full-time 32.5 hours/week). Deliver evidence-based primary and family care with both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, vaccines, and chronic disease management. Requires a Master’s degree in an accredited FNP program, current board certification (AANP/ANCC), and an active unrestricted FNP license; DOT certification within 30 days; BLS; ability to pass respirator FIT test; EPIC experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active, unrestricted state APRN license
- One year of NP experience preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to pass a respirator FIT test
- Ability to practice both in-person and via virtual visits from clinic
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs
