Job Summary
Deliver a wide range of primary care services in a Rural Health Clinic in Eagle Lake, ME. Responsibilities include preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, immunizations, acute/same-day care, school and sports physicals, prenatal to post-partum care, and health education. Collaborate with a team that includes physicians, other nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and clinical support personnel. Typical patient volume is 10–16 per day with appointment slots of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Schedule is Monday–Friday with options for shorter five-day shifts or longer four-day workweeks based on preference.
