Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner responsible for delivering high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings at Fast Pace Health. Leads clinic staff, assesses medical histories and current medications, formulates diagnoses, prescribes medications, and ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation. Must be able to operate in both in-person and virtual environments, adhere to clinical practice guidelines, participate in mandatory trainings, and uphold values of teamwork, quality care, and patient satisfaction. Preferred Telehealth clinician experience; requires active NP license, DEA; DOT certification within stated timeframe; and ability to manage patient queues in both inpatient and telehealth settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (Family Nurse Practitioner)
- DEA license is active and verifiable
- DOT certification within 120 days of employment
- Ability to treat patients of all ages
- Experience preferred in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility (1-2 years)
- Telehealth experience preferred
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days
- Compliance training completion
- Ability to work in fast-paced, autonomous environment
