Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner sought to conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions; educate families on preventive care and wellness; maintain thorough documentation in AthenaOne EMR; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; and contribute to a pediatric-focused practice within Allied Physicians CamKids Pediatrics in Cambria Heights, NY. Requires NYS NP license (and RN license) with a pediatric or family medicine focus, DEA registration, BLS/ACLS (PALS a plus); board certification or eligibility; new graduates welcome; pediatric experience preferred. Compensation includes a base salary with robust benefits and opportunities for growth across locations.
Required Qualifications
- NYS Nurse Practitioner license
- RN license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Advanced Nursing with focus in Pediatrics or Family Medicine
- Current DEA Registration
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (a plus)
- New graduates welcome
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Proficiency in EMR systems (AthenaOne preferred)
