Urgent-care–focused openings for a dual-track Advanced Practice Provider team: Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant to join Deaconess Clinic Memorial Huntingburg Urgent Care on a full-time basis. The role requires Indiana licensure and board certification for NP (ANCC/AANP) and PA (NCCPA). The position supports 6 12-hour shifts per bi-monthly cycle, with 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks, using EPIC EMR for outpatient/inpatient care. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
