Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings by diagnosing patients, interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications for acute and chronic conditions. Lead clinic staff including X-Ray Technologists and Nurses in behaviors and attitudes to ensure excellent patient care, while actively engaging with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Maintain accurate patient charts, consult via virtual channels, and recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Work 12-hour shifts every other weekend or minimum four shifts per month for PRN staff, with periodic on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification
- DOT certification to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment
- DOT certification maintained during employment
- Ability to treat all ages
- Meet any credentialing requirements needed
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing
- Applicants limited to individuals from states excluding California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred
