Job Summary

Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations for acute and chronic conditions. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications in compliance with Federal and State regulations and HIPAA standards. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities to support their learning. Complete mandatory compliance training and monthly meetings with supervising physicians, while maintaining friendly relations with all clients and employees. Work 12-hour shifts every other weekend for full-time staff or a minimum of four shifts per month for PRN staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current License or Certification
  • License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
  • DEA required for all providers
  • DOT certification
  • Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
  • Ability to treat all ages
  • PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
  • Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
  • Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings
  • Ability to be knowledgeable and comply with Company standards of operations
