Job Summary
Deliver high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and interpreting diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and company values. Maintain friendly relations with patients, co-workers, and managers while welcoming new employees through introductions, tours, and coaching. PRN staff work a minimum of four shifts monthly; full-time roles require 12-hour shifts every other weekend. On-call rotation applies periodically. Candidates must hold an active MSN, DEA, and DOT certification, with experience in urgent care, occupational medical, or family practice preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification
- DOT certification to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment
- DOT certification maintained during employment
- Ability to treat all ages
- Meet any credentialing requirements needed
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing
- Applicants limited to individuals from states excluding California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
