• •PRN Employees: minimum of 4 shifts per month
• •Full Time Employees: 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
• •DOT certification required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment

• •DEA required within 120 days of provider meeting the minimum years of practice under state law for obtaining DEA (where limited by years of practice under state law)
