Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and discuss medical histories, symptoms, and medications to formulate accurate diagnoses. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment for acute and chronic conditions. Ensure accurate chart completion and adherence to clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and company compliance training. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- Active and verifiable DEA license
- DOT certification
- Ability to treat all ages
- Ability to comply with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including HIPAA
- Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company
- Ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels
- Ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position
- Ability to be knowledgeable and comply with Company standards of operations
- Ability to promote and maintain a respectful culture of employee, employer and business confidentiality
- PRN Employees: minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees: 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- DOT certification required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
