Job Summary

Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. Ensure accurate chart completion, comply with federal regulations including HIPAA, and adhere to clinical practice guidelines. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Participate in mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and complete all required compliance training. Work 12-hour shifts every other weekend for full-time staff or a minimum of four shifts per month for PRN staff, with periodic on-call requirements.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
Family Nurse Practitioner License
Active and verifiable DEA license
DOT certification
Ability to treat all ages
PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
