Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care in clinic and via telehealth, lead clinic staff, review patient histories and medications, formulate diagnoses, prescribe medications, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Role involves in-person and virtual patient care, implementation of clinical protocols, participation in mandatory meetings, and ongoing credentialing. Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), active NP license, and DEA; preferred experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical settings. PRN/FT structure with telehealth and in-person duties, patient-focused service, and adherence to HIPAA and company values. Location: Forest, MS with hybrid in-clinic and telehealth duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active DEA license
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days if applicable
- Family Nurse Practitioner license (current and active)
- Experience: at least 1-2 years as a provider in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit; Family Medical Practice strongly preferred
- Ability to treat all ages and comply with credentialing requirements
- Possession of/ability to obtain DOT certification
- Ability to work in both clinic and telehealth settings
- Vaccination/health requirements per employer policy (implied by healthcare role)
