Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. Perform routine physical exams, preventive health screenings, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and health counseling. Full-time, permanent opportunity with M-F five 8-hour shifts. Requires 3+ years in primary care, New Hampshire licensure, and BLS certification. Located near Lebanon, NH in a scenic, rural setting with easy access to regional amenities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years working in a primary care setting
- licensed or willing to obtain a license in the state of New Hampshire
- BLS upon hire
