Job Summary
Provide relationship-based primary care in a family practice setting as a Family NP/PA in Philadelphia. Practice wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education to patients, with autonomy and support from the team. Utilize resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD, and participate in regular provider meetings and ongoing learning. Focus on compassionate, patient-centered care with emphasis on preventive care and health outcomes. Independent practice with compensation package including CME, license, DEA, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits. Requires active licensure and board certification in family practice (ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA), CPR/BLS, and preferred independent practice experience within family medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits, preferred
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
