Job Summary
Director to oversee Family Networks services, supervise staff, and strengthen partnerships with DCF and community providers. Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives, monitor program budgets and expenditures, oversee referral and utilization review processes, coordinate trainings and stakeholder forums, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance to support children, youth, and families involved with the Department of Children and Families. Requires Master’s degree in a related field, clinical licensure preferred, and several years of child welfare and supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills essential; schedule 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Annual salary is $65,000–$75,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Clinical licensure preferred
- Minimum 3 years of child welfare, family services, or clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working within DCF or child welfare systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
