Job Summary
Family Model Residential Support role requiring you to live in Middle Tennessee and provide in-home, non-medical care to individuals in a home setting. Responsibilities include companionship and conversation, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication/appointment reminders, grooming and bathing support, toileting and incontinence care, grocery shopping/errands, transportation, and safety supervision. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. Required Qualifications
