Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care to individuals to help them remain independent in a home setting in Middle Tennessee. Duties include companionship and conversation, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication and appointment reminders, grooming and bathing assistance, toileting and incontinence support, grocery shopping and running errands, transportation services, and safety supervision. Must live in Middle TN, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check. This role emphasizes a family-like, supportive team environment and offers a starting pay around $2,300 per month (tax-free).
