Family Medicine with Obstetrics Physician in Longview, WA: full-time position (1.0 FTE, 34 patient contact hours) with call of 1 weeknight per week plus every 4th weekend. Clinic features 14 exam rooms, ~20 patients/day and 20+ births annually; Birthing Center includes 12 private suites, 2 C-section suites, 2 postpartum suites. Tools & support include 1:1 Medical Assistant, in-basket clinician support, EPIC EMR, Dragon, DAX AI scribe, Behavioral health onsite, and multidisciplinary teams (Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Palliative/Diabetes teams). Relocation financial assistance available; first-year salary guarantee of $294,299 with productivity-based compensation after guarantee and potential bonuses, plus up to $100,000 in Educational Loan Reimbursement for qualifiers.
