Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician role with Signature Healthcare involving practice as part of a multidisciplinary team across 15 ambulatory locations in southeastern Massachusetts. Four clinical days and one administrative day per week, physician representation on the Board of Directors, integrated care coordination, and full marketing support to grow the provider's practices.
