Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Provide outpatient primary care as part of a multidisciplinary team across 15 ambulatory locations in southeastern Massachusetts. Four clinical days and one administrative day. Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Massachusetts medical license required. Role includes active participation in governance (physician representation on the Board of Directors), integrated care coordination with support staff, and full marketing support to grow a provider's practice.
