Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician position within Signature Healthcare's multi-site ambulatory network. Practitioners are part of a multidisciplinary team delivering outpatient care across multiple locations, with a schedule of four clinical days and one administrative day. The role includes physician representation on the Board of Directors, integrated care coordination with support staff, and full marketing support to develop the provider's practice.
