Family Medicine/Virtual Primary Care Physician needed to join Signature Healthcare's multidisciplinary outpatient team. Practice medicine as part of a multi-location ambulatory network across southeastern Massachusetts, delivering safe, high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Schedule comprises four clinical days and one administrative day, with physician representation on the Board of Directors and integrated care coordination support. Outpatient, multidisciplinary collaboration with support staff and marketing resources to grow practices. Requires Massachusetts license without restriction, board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, MA CSR and Federal DEA. Includes sign-on and relocation (if applicable), malpractice coverage, CME assistance, generous PTO, and flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes clinical outpatient care within a not-for-profit system, with emphasis on team-based care, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
